Our Return & refund policy for Bamboo Clothing NZ
1. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in order to swap the item for a better-suited size. The customer will have to ship the item back to us and they will also have to pay our standard shipping charges for the new item. All returns must be shipped to 34 Hanlon Cres, Auckland, New Zealand
2. Returns & refunds will only be offered if the item is not of the quality described. Bamboo Clothing NZ has discretion over processing the return/refund.
3. Returns & Refunds will not be offered on items that were discounted.
